    doctors to have an option to add QR code in prescription. When QR code is scanned soft copy of prescription opens in web browser. option to book an appointment also shows. Should be optional if doctors want it to show on printed prescription.

  6. Not possible to add more than one follow up dates, as a part of care plan like in vaccinations or in preterm follow up/ hospital discharged

    if a pt misses one follow up date, he can show up in next follow up date atleast,. oterwise there is loss to follow up permenantly. would benefit- pediatrician medicine dr- chronic illness pt- hypertensives, diabetes, neurology patients, the follow up date should reflect on dr system, with option of sending pt reminder esp if last follow up was missed

CURRENTLY END OF DAY/MONTH SUMMARY IS MISSING FOR EACH SERVICES /RECIEPT SEPARATELY. IT SHOWS ALL SERVICES/RECIEPT TOGETHER. IT WILL COMPLETE AND DOUBLES AS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE AS WELL WITH THIS SMALL FEATURE

    Instead of follow up, a parent should receive a proper vaccine reminder with the vaccine name how docon used to end. it makes no point sending a follow up reminder without the word vaccine in the header
