📌 Incentives for Linking Records

• Up to ₹20 per record linked with a KYC-verified ABHA address
• Up to ₹10 per record linked with a non-KYC ABHA address

📌 Back-Dated Incentives Claims

• Health facilities can now claim incentives for up to 3 months before the claim month.

(eg: A claim in May 2025 can include February, March, and April. Anything before that won’t be accepted)

📌 Non-OPD Hour Tokens

• Tokens from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM are ineligible.

How to enable this feature:

1. Go to Queue Settings and turn on the option: Allow Appointments to be booked at a clinic level.
2. While booking, you’ll now have the choice to select either a doctor or the clinic.
3. Assign the doctor later.
