Treatment Plan Enhancements Are Now Live 🚀
We have introduced several improvements to make Treatment Plan management more flexible and easier to use.
What's New?
- Multiple Treatment Plans per Patient
Patients can now have multiple Treatment Plans assigned simultaneously.
- Better Treatment Plan Tracking
Treatment Plans are now organized by status for easier tracking : Ongoing / Completed / Expired / Cancelled
- Treatment Plan Cancellation
Entire Treatment Plans can now be cancelled.
Please note: Individual sessions cannot be cancelled separately.
When a Treatment Plan is cancelled:
- The plan moves to the Cancelled section.
- Ongoing and future sessions are automatically cancelled.
- Previously completed sessions remain unchanged.
- Expiry Support
Treatment Plans now support expiry dates and will automatically move to the Expired section once the expiry date is crossed.
- Multiple Sessions in a Single Appointment
You can now map multiple sessions from the same Treatment Plan to a single appointment.
Example : Session 1 + Session 2 from Treatment Plan A → Allowed
Sessions from different Treatment Plans cannot be combined in the same appointment.
- Flexible Session Redemption
Sessions can now be redeemed even after a patient has already checked in.
Please note: Within a single appointment, sessions can only be redeemed from one Treatment Plan. If sessions from another Treatment Plan are required, a separate appointment must be created.
These enhancements are aimed at making day-to-day Treatment Plan management simpler, more flexible, and easier to track.
