How to add a custom field:

• Click “Create New”
• Enter a Code (alphabets only)
• Add a Name
• Choose a Field Type:

1. Freehand – users can type any text
2. Numeric – number-only input, or
3. Dropdown – add predefined selectable values

And that’s it! Your custom field is ready to use 🚀

Please Note :

• The code and type of the tool’s default fields cannot be modified.
• Please sync the form once after adding any new fields.
