How to rearrange?

• Click on Configure in the Vitals or Patient Medical History section
• Rearrange the fields as per your requirement
• Save

Where does this update apply?

The new order will be reflected in:

• Rx Pad
• PDF / Print output

• Cleaner layout

• Better readability

• A more consistent experience for doctors and patients
