We’re thrilled to announce a new feature that makes appointment scheduling more flexible! 🎊

Now, when a patient calls to book an appointment but isn’t sure which doctor they’ll see, you can book it directly at the clinic level without assigning a doctor upfront.

Once the patient arrives or the schedule is clearer, you can assign a doctor easily.

How to enable this feature:

1. Go to Queue Settings and turn on the option: Allow Appointments to be booked at a clinic level.
2. While booking, you’ll now have the choice to select either a doctor or the clinic.
3. Assign the doctor later.

This update means smoother scheduling for your staff and a better experience for patients!
